HOW CAN I ORDER THE HORSE AND HUNK CALENDER OR CANVAS?

All our Horse and Hunk products can be found and ordered in the webshop. Articles can be added in your personal basket. To order the products in your shopping basket, click on it and check the form that contains a overview of chosen products. You need to fill in your personal details and complete the order. After confirmation of the order and acceptance of payment, your order will be mailed to your address within a week.

WHAT IS THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER?

Your order will be delivered within a week after order placement and payment. If this takes too long, please contact our customer service to discuss faster options.

WHICH OPTIONS FOR ORDER PAYMENT ARE AVAILABLE?

The Horse and Hunk webshop has 4 options for order payment:
1: iDEAL;
2: Paypal;
3: Bancontact/Mistercash;
4: Sofortbanking.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

Depending of the amount of products calenders you want to order we carge you the following costs:
Calendars – Delivery Costs
1 till 10 – € 10,00

For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are the delivery prices different.

If you want to order more than 10 products, or if you want to order/send the products abroad or want us to make a noncommittal bid, please contact our customer service.

WHAT DO I DO IN CASE MY ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED IN TIME?

When timely delivery is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by e-mail. If you do not receive your product in time and no notification e-mail has been send, please contact our customer service. Please quote your order number in your e-mail, or mention it when you call us.

CAN I RETURN PURCHASES FROM THE HORSE AND HUNK WEBSHOP?

You have the right to return purchases without reason to return the product within 7 days. This period starts on the day of delivery. The condition we impose is that the items are unused and unopened when packed. Please return your items to the following address:

DO I GET A REFUND WHEN I RETURN MY PURCHASES?

After receiving the return under the established conditions, we will refund the costs.
